tabPDF provides free, browser-based tools for processing PDF documents. Our services include, but are not limited to: • Merging multiple PDF files into a single document. • Splitting PDF files into individual pages or sections. • Compressing PDF files to reduce file size. • Converting PDFs to and from various formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Images). • AI-powered document summarization and plagiarism checking. • Word counting for PDF and DOC files. All tools are provided "as is" and are intended for personal and professional use.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to: • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. • Not upload files that contain malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content. • Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the functionality of our servers or infrastructure. • Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our written permission. • Not use the Service to process documents that infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. • Take full responsibility for all files uploaded and the legality of their content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of tabPDF — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, and software — are the exclusive property of tabPDF and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our intellectual property without prior written consent from tabPDF.

5. File Upload & Processing

By uploading files to our Service, you acknowledge and agree that: • You own or have the legal right to upload and process the files. • Files are temporarily stored on our servers for processing purposes only. • All uploaded files are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing. • We do not access, review, share, or sell the contents of your uploaded files. • While we implement industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tabPDF and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. • Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities. • Any errors, inaccuracies, or quality issues in the processed output files. • Any interruption or cessation of the Service. • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your files or data. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

tabPDF makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to: • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of file conversions or processing. • The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Service. • The fitness of the Service for any particular purpose. • The absence of errors, bugs, viruses, or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk and discretion.
